Beginners welcome!
All workouts are designed for all levels of fitness and rowing experience. Workouts are easily adapted to your personal goals but will challenge you too. The combination of technique, power and endurance training on the machine, complemented by bodyweight exercises off of it, will enable you to cruise for hours or go for the biggest lung-busting, leg-exploding, heart-pumping workout possible.
