Our indoor rowing classes are low-impact, core-strengthening and cardio focused to maximise a lifetime of movement. Rowing sessions are fun, full body workouts engaging 85% of muscles with every stroke.

Learn from a highly experienced rowing instructor. Upbeat, technique-focussed classes complemented with rowing-specific bodyweight and dumbbell classes.

As a seated, low-impact sport, indoor rowing is an option for any body. We coach from age 11, prioritising technique and posture in order to help you engage all 85% of muscles used in rowing correctly.
